The Chesterfield is a luxury condominium located on the upper west side of Manhattan. This little condo was bright and sunshiny even before we started. It was the perfect little pied-a-terre. All it needed was a breath of fresh air, and some really great marketing. Fortunately that's what ACKommodation.Design does best. The kitchen needed renovating - we ripped everything out and engineered a new modern take on the oven-over-range-over-dishwasher combo unit from the 80s. We added a bohemian glass crystal chandelier to the bedroom, and simply updated the paint color from olive green (with vintage wallpaper) to a soft, but cheerful blue. In the living room the red accent wall transformed into chartreuse with a fantastic photo of the African bush. The bathroom got some TLC and the condo was ready to list.
